DIRECTIONS TO THE US BANK PLAZA

From the North:


On August 1, the I-35W bridge over the Mississippi River collapsed. Here is the new route to reach our downtown Minneapolis office. We encourage you to allow extra travel time due to possible traffic delays.

From North of 694:
Take 694W to 94E. Take 94 East to the 4th Street exit. Take a right (South) on 2nd Avenue and a left (East) on 6th Street. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

From South of 694:
Take 35W South to 280 South. From 280, exit & merge onto I-94 West. Take I-94 West to the 11th Street exit. Continue on 11th Street and then take a right (North) onto Marquette Avenue South. Turn right (East) onto 6th Street South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

From the East:


Take I-94 West to the 11th Street exit. Continue on 11th Street and then take a right (North) onto Marquette Avenue South. Turn right (East) onto 6th Street South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

From the South:


Take 494 West to 35W North. At the 35W and MN-65 (Downtown Exits) split, stay in the left lane to take the MN-65 Downtown Exits. Exit onto 5th Avenue South. Take 5th Avenue South to 3rd Street South. Turn left (West) onto 3rd Street South. Turn left (South) onto 2nd Avenue South and left (East) onto 6th Street South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

From West:


394 East:
Take 394 East to the 6th Street exit. Stay on 6th Street heading East to 2nd Avenue South. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

94 East:
Take 94 East to the 4th Street exit. Take a right (South) on 2nd Avenue and a left (East) on 6th Street. US Bank Plaza will be on your left on the Northeast corner of 6th Street and 2nd Avenue South.

Take a left (West) onto 5th Street South (note that 5th Street South runs parallel with the light rail tracks so please stay in the left lane when turning). Go half a block and the The US Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.

From the East:


Take I-94 West to the 11th Street exit. Continue on 11th Street and then take a right (North) onto 3rd Avenue South. Take an immediate left (West) onto 5th Street South (note that 5th Street South runs parallel with the light rail tracks so please stay in the left lane when turning). Go half a block and the The US Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.

From the South:


Take 494 West to 35W North. At the 35W and MN-65 (Downtown Exits) split, stay in the left lane to take the MN-65 Downtown Exits. Take 5th Avenue South to 7th Street South and take a left. Go two blocks to 3rd Avenue South and take a right. Go to 5th Street South and take an immediate left (note that 5th Street South runs parallel with the light rail tracks so please stay in the left lane when turning). Go half a block and the US Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.

From the West:


394 East:
Take 394 East to the 6th Street exit. Stay on 6th Street heading East and take a left (North) onto 3rd Avenue South. Proceed to 5th Street and turn left (note that 5th Street South runs parallel with the light rail tracks so please stay in the left lane when turning). Go half a block and the The US Bank Plaza Ramp will be on your left between 3rd Avenue South and 2nd Avenue South.

94 East:
Take 94 East to the 4th Street Exit. Stay on 4th Street heading East and take a right (South) on 3rd Avenue South. Proceed to 5th Street and take a right (note that 5th Street South runs parallel with the light rail tracks so please turn into the far left lane). Light Rail Directions

Take any northbound train towards downtown Minneapolis. Exit the train at the Government Plaza station. The U.S. Bank Plaza will be located diagonally across the street from where you exit the train. Train fare is $1.75 during peak times (Monday through Friday [except holidays] from 6-9 a.m. and from 3-6:30 p.m.) and $1.25 during off-peak times. No fare is required between the Lindbergh and Humphrey Terminal stations.

Trains run approximately every seven minutes during rush hours and less frequently during non-rush hours. From the Mall of America, it takes about half an hour to reach the Government Plaza station. From the airport, it will take slightly less time.
